United Teachers Association Forms Jhanjhari Block Executive Committee, Arun Mishra Appointed President

Gonda/Jhanjhari: The United Teachers Association (UTA) constituted its Jhanjhari Block Executive Committee on Friday, unanimously appointing Arun Mishra as the Block President.

Mishra, who serves as an Assistant Teacher at Primary School Deoria Chudamani under the Janakinagar Nyaya Panchayat, expressed gratitude to the organisation for the confidence reposed in him. He said his foremost priority would be to strengthen the association while working consistently for the welfare and rights of teachers. He also announced that the block executive committee would soon be expanded and a roadmap for future organisational activities would be prepared.

Congratulating the newly appointed Block President, UTA District President Ravi Prakash Singh said Mishra has already been serving as the district’s Media In-charge and that his appointment to lead the headquarters block would further reinforce the organisation’s presence and effectiveness at the grassroots level.

Several office-bearers and members of the association extended their congratulations to Arun Mishra on his new responsibility. Among those present were District Patron Hemant Tiwari, District President Ravi Prakash Singh, Vice President Girish Chandra, General Secretary Atreya Mishra, Treasurer Chandan Singh, Vikas Maurya, Upendra Bahadur Singh, Ravi Prakash Pathak, Ranjeet Kumar, Sadiq Ali, Ashok Gupta, Raghavendra Pratap Singh, Durgesh Kumar Mishra, Ravi Pratap Mishra, and other block office-bearers.

The newly formed executive committee is expected to focus on strengthening teacher representation, addressing professional concerns, and expanding the association’s organisational activities across the Jhanjhari block.
